Rental Licences

If you wish to rent out your property for holidays, you must obtain permission from the Junta de Andalucía.  And register with the Guardia Civil to be able to log your guests when they arrive.  We can complete the relevant paperwork for both.

We will ensure you know exactly what is needed to comply with the holiday rental laws.  Most new properties won’t have a problem, but if your property is older, there may be some extra things you need to do eg install air conditioning, ensure you have a first occupation licence etc.

Once we have your licence, we can register with the Guardia Civil on your behalf.  By law you/your agent must register each guest aged 16 or over with them within 24 hours of arrival.  We will make the initial visit to their offices, set up the necessary paperwork and you will then be ready to register each guest.

Part of the requirements of having a licence is that you should have someone local for your rental guests to call on 24 hours a day, and if you sign up for our rental service, we will complete the process with the Junta de Andalucia and Guardia Civil free of charge.
